From our humble beginnings in 1904 trading from a small terraced house in Sabden Lancashire to our present modern automated premises in Clayton-Le-Moors Lancashire now employing 50 staff, we you to join in with our success.

Our studio operates four Apple Mac’s using the latest versions of QuarkXPress, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator software. Together with our CTP System we can confidently produce a very high standard of print.

Adds power, performance and simplicity to our production. Produces 70-80 pages per minute of high quality full colour print. Ideal for short run colour work and printed covers.

1 Edelmann Junior 3 colour

 These 5 presses provide a variety of reel to sheet NCR and uncoated business forms with maximum sheet size up to 485mm x 432mm. Ideal for run lengths of 3,000 up to 5,000,000 and above with configurations 5/0. 4/1, 3/2 and all with the capability to number and perforate on-line. We manufacture NCR cut sets, books and pads, A4 laser forms and single part pads.

Heidelberg SM52-4+LX Anicolor 4 colour plus dedicated coater

Heidelberg SM52-5P Speedmaster 5 colour

2 Heidelberg GTO+NP single colour

 With the recent addition of the Speedmaster Anicolor we can produce cost effective short to medium run colour work. This press uses a zoneless inking technology which ensures top offset quality and colour consistency throughout with 90% less waste and up to 50% shorter make readies. The presses produce quality NCR sets, pads and books plus full colour leaflets and forms.

Automated Cover Attachment

 In our highly efficient finishing department we produce a huge volume of quality finished books and pads in various formats and sizes. Most operations are automated, therefore we are able to achieve a fast turnaround from print through to despatch due to our effective streamlined processes. We also are extremely fortunate to have an excellent relationship with several external finishing houses within a small radius which compliments our finishing process.
