With over two decades immersed in the printing industry, I have navigated the multifaceted journey from launching a self-employed venture in 2004 to franchising across 12 UK locations. This path encompassed securing investors, managing teams, making pivotal financial decisions, and collaborating with blue-chip clients. I didn’t always get it right but these experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and triumphs inherent in the print business landscape.

Recognising a gap in accessible, industry-specific guidance, I established The Online Print Coach. This platform is dedicated to empowering print business owners with the tools, strategies, and support I once sought. My flagship program, Print Mastermind, offers an extensive online training platform and a vibrant community. It addresses critical areas such as sales, marketing, systems, processes, leadership, and management, fostering a collaborative environment where like-minded professionals can share insights and maintain accountability.

I also provide personalised 1-2-1 coaching sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client. This individualised approach accelerates learning and development, enabling clients to grasp complex concepts and implement effective strategies swiftly. My firsthand experience in running a print company, combined with insights gained from working with numerous print business owners globally, allows me to offer practical, actionable advice that drives growth and profitability.
